Millie von Mayen is a delightful 4 month old German Shepherd puppy.  This gorgeous puppy is very playful and also very smart, having mastered housebeaking, use the dog door, and come when she's called -- all during the first few days in her foster home! She plays well with her canine sister, and knows when to back off from her grumpy older foster brother when he's worn out.  She also sits on command, taking treats very gently from your hand, and is crate-trained at night.  Being still a young pup, she can sometimes get mouthy, but listens well to correction.  Millie can initially be shy with strangers who come to the home, and feels more comfortable with her female human friends, but eventually warms up to the male visitors.  She loves companionship, and would thrive in a home where someone is with her most of the day or where there are other dogs to play with.
